  • Dr. William Fredregill, DVM

    Owner / Veterinarian
    Dr. Bill Fredregill graduated from Colorado State University in 1973, he spent a short time in Pueblo before moving back to his home town of Sterling, Colorado. He established Veterinary Medical Clinic in 1977 and has enjoyed being part of the Sterling community. He is very active in the local Humane Society and when not at work he enjoys spending time with his two sons.

  • Dr. Lyanne Santistevan, DVM

    Veterinarian
    Lyanne Santistevan grew up on a farm north of Holyoke, CO. After graduating from Colorado State University with her DVM in 2006, she worked as an associate veterinarian at a busy mixed practice in Oregon for a year. When Dr. Santistevan and her husband, Brian, returned to Colorado, she practiced at a small animal clinic in Greeley. She has been with the Veterinary Medical Clinic since January of 2013, where she especially enjoys surgery, dentistry, and emergencies. When she's not working, Dr. Santistevan keeps up with her husband, two children, and various pets, livestock, and horses.

  • Rebekah Genereux

    Veterinary Technician

    Rebekah was raised in a small Idaho town. She began working at a veterinary clinic as a kennel attendant and assistant at the age of 13. From then on, veterinary medicine has been a continuing passion. Rebekah has worked at several different practices in three different states. Rebekah has been with VMC for 4 years and enjoys learning more about dentistry and emergency medicine.

  • Samantha Wagner, CVT

    Veterinary Technician
    Samantha grew up on the outskirts of Sterling, moved to Denver in 2010 to attend Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology, where she got her degree to become a CVT. She then moved to Greeley in 2012 and did her internship at a small animal practice in Windsor. In 2013 Samantha started working at Banfield Pet Hospital in Greeley until 2016 when her and her family moved back Sterling. She started at Veterinary Medical Clinic in July of 2016. She has two young sons; Ryker and Raiden as well as a big American Bulldog named Kaine. Samantha loves dentistry, behavior, nutrition and all laboratory work.

    Veterinary Assistant 
    Madison grew up in Sterling, Colorado and always had an interest in animals. She joined Veterinary Medical Clinic in October 2016 and has enjoyed learning all aspects of veterinary medicine. She has three dogs, Jake, Chester, and Stitch,  as well as one cat named Garfield.
